BASIC SUPPORT
 

 
FOR 1 YEAR PERIOD
 
  • Creating and managing accounts
  • - Help with instalation, re-installation and licencinig of the products.
  • - Help with managing the licences
  • - The provided services are up to 5 hours. After that the extra hours are paid separetly.
 
  • - With every new licences you buy you will be get 1 month of basic support.

EXTENDED SUPPORT
 

 
FOR 1 YEAR PERIOD
 
  • - Help with creating and managing the accounts.
  • - Help with instalation, re-installation and licencinig of the products.
  • - Help with managing the licences
  • - Help with updating the softwares when its available from manufacturer.
  • - Help with providing reserve copies of installation packages.
  • - Consultation and help with the work with softwares (projects) - up to 10 hours, after that the extra hours are paid separetly.
 
PRICE FOR 1 YEAR: 300lv. w/o VAT
OTHER SERVICES
 

 
  • - Consultations
  • - Consultation and help with the work with softwares (projects), outside the specified support programs.
 
PRICE FOR 1 HOUR: 48lv. w/o VAT
 
CONDITIONS
 

 
  • - The basic level of support is available for free for 1 month if you buy a new software licence.
  • - After that period and IF the user want we will sign a contract with him for one of the two provided by us support options for 1 year.
  • - For users with no contract we provide hourly paid support.
  • - All of the support options are provided via the telephone, internet or a remote connection with your computer.
  • - Services are available from Monday to Friday, between 9:00h to 18:00h.
  • - All expenses outside Sofia are paid by the user.

  • - Priority service of your company.
  • - Guaranteed response time when problems occurred - up to 6 hours of their occurrence.
  • - Proposing a solution to eliminate malfunctions in installations of software products within 3 working days of registration of the issue..
  • - Discount of 10% of the cost for technical support on site or in need of further consultation.
  • - Discount of 10% in staff training the consumer from us.
